NoeL is a Chapter of the International Costumers' Guild, a non-profit organization which seeks to educate the public and enjoy the construction and wearing of all forms of costume.
NoeL is composed of costumers, teachers, artists, and interested people who share the love of costuming. Our members are scattered over the greater New England area.
We hold meetings the second Sunday of every month. More information on meetings is available here.
Our Official Bylaws are available in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats.
You can also find concentrations of costumers at our annual conventions:
Some of our creative endeavors have won awards at the regional and international level. Photos of our award-winning costumes are available in the NoeL Photo Gallery
